1. First of all you have to take down the ABS block, we don’t show how to do it, it’s very easy.


2. If your pump doesn’t work, take down the block, then the cover, where you can see 2 wires, red is a plus and black is a minus.


3. Unscrew the wires from the terminals.


4. Connect 12v to the terminals, minus to minus, plus to plus.


5. If nothing happens, it means, that your pump is broken, and you need to repair it, the errors on the table are HDD 51, or 52. To take down the pump, unscrew two bolts with a 5 size hexagon.


6. Inside the pump you’ll see the driver bit. Take it off carefully, and don’t lose.


7. You can try to connect 12v to your pump and check its working. In my case it worked, but with jerkings.


8. Take off the cover from your pump, in 90 percent you’ll see brushes dust, and in my case the commutator has been erased, and several bars were broken.


9If your commutator erased and broken like was mine, you don’t need it anymore, so you can break it, and take it off. First of all you have to unbend all the hooks on your commutator, you can use a knife for it.


10. To take off the commutator I used press.




11. Take a new commutator from our special repair kit and straighten all hooks.


12. Put on the commutator to axle of rotor, but make the hooks to be matched the loops of the rotor winding.


13. Carefully put on the loops into the hooks of the commutator.


14. Fix your rotor in press and carefully turn down all the hooks with pliers.



15. Cut the hooks, if they are too long, and carefully press it close to your commutator.




16. Put on and press the new ball bearing from our special repair kit, and make the same with the smaller one from the other side of your rotor. You can use your old bearings, if they are ok, but open it to check and maybe change the liquid.



17. Take off the old brushes from your brush holder. The brushes connected with spot weld. You can take off the wire by using a knife.


18. Solder new brushes.


19. Finish the job by collecting the pump, don’t forget to put on the driver bit. Connect 12v to check the work of your pump.
